Refund/Cancellation policy

 StudyKosh wants to make sure that the learners have a unique learning experience online. As you make any online purchase, the below are the terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy. When you buy a course on www.studykosh.com you agree to the Terms of Use and the conditions that lead you to the refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online courses

Team StudyKosh totally understands that a student/learner can change his/her mind. This may be due to the exact relevancy you may be seeking for. That is why we offer each of our students, the freedom to ask for a refund of the course fee within 12 hours of course activation. An immediate request will make sure that you are genuinely not interested and need to cancel the enrollment. This is applicable to all the students who have not taken any previous trial for the set durations. If the cancellation requested by the customer is after taking the trial, no amount will be refunded. Any enrollment without undergoing a trial is subject to refund if the candidate does not find the course suitable to him/her. This is stated that direct registrations are eligible for refunds within 3 days of enrollment.

 Note: If more than 3 Modules have been accessed, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy:

    • Users can cancel their course subscription or purchase within 7 days of enrollment or purchase.
    • To cancel, users must contact StudyKosh's customer support via email or phone with their enrollment details.
      • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
      • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will take 7-10 working days after verifying and this needs to be processed via same source (original method of payment) after intimation by the customer.

Note:

  • No refunds will be provided after the 7-day cancellation period has expired.
  • Refunds will not be issued for courses that have been completed or partially completed by the user.
